When you are young, it seems that you never have enough sleep. Even if you sleep for over 8 hours, you feel like you would lie in bed for several hours more. Sometimes, I feel like I would sleep for 24 hours. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to sleep for over 10 hours often. Even when I manage to get 12 hours sleep on a weekend,  I always feel sleepy in Monday morning.

They say elderly people need shorter sleep to feel brisk in the morning. I wonder how many years should past till I would feel brisk early in the morning. And what shall I do now? How to get my sleep out now?
