You know, every bowl tells. The crisis on US credit market has certain consequences: banks and credit card companies are increasing fees and minimum payments.

So, if your credit card has an annual fee it is the time to look for a credit card without an annual fee. 

Many credit card holders can face with unmanageable monthly payments. Now many consumers have to look for a way to reduce their monthly spendings in order to manage these high minimum payments.

Well, it was obvious that the crisis on the credit market will affect many people, but who knew that it would be in this way. Maybe, it is time to get rid of credit cards?

Crisis on US Credit Market

There is a prominent fall on the world stock market.  One of the reasons is crisis on US credit market. All of us are used to credit cards as a great tool to ease our everyday life and what – now there is a financial crisis thanks to deep American credit card debt!

For the last months, our credit market has been saturated with credit offers. Everyone could get a credit despite his/her poor credit history. As a result, many people found themselves in unmanageable debt. Banks suffered great losses.

To improve the situation the Federal Reserved announced about the prime rate reduction. The interest rates on credit cards will be cut and we, debtors will have a good chance to pay our debt faster and a bit cheaper.
